Holdem is a poker game that involves 2 hole cards (cards only you see) and 5 community cards (cards which everyone can see). The object is to make the best possible 5 card poker hand out of the total of 7 cards.
Omaha is a poker game than involves 4 hole cards and 5 community cards. The object is to make the best possible poker hand using exactly 2 of your hole cards, and exactly 3 of the community cards
Stud is a poker game in which all the cards are dealt to you as hole cards, however some are dealt face up and some face down. Your opponents therefore judge the comparitive hands by looking at their opponents face-up cards
Razz is a game with the same format as Stud, but in Razz it is the worst hand that wins.
Draw is a poker game where you return cards of your choice back to the dealer, and get dealt alternative hands.
