What are Bounty tourneys?
Bounty Tourneys (sometimes refered to as Knockout tourneys) are tournaments in which you win money for knocking players out. There is a "Bounty on their head". If you bust them out of the tourney, then you collect that bounty
In the world of live poker it works by each player being given a bounty cash chip. When a player gets knocked out they must give this chip to the player who busts them
In the online poker world, either bounties are assigned to certain specific players, which you will automatically get if you knock them out, or a proportion of every player's buyin acts as their own individual bounty.
If we take a simple example of say a $10 tournament, with 80% going to the prizepool and 20% to the bounty, then there will be $2 on every players head. Whenever you knock out a player you will pick up this money each time.
